Chapter 01
The problem I noticed
An Indian wedding is a family-sized project run on group chats, spreadsheets, and memory. Hundreds of guests, several events, a dozen vendors — and almost none of it lives in one place.
Everyone involved is doing their best with tools that were never designed for this. That gap is where Shaadi Hai Ji starts.
Chapter 02
What I’m building
Shaadi Hai Ji is a single calm place for the whole celebration — guests, events, vendors, and the hundred small decisions in between.
It is designed for the family, not just the couple: the aunt who manages the guest list, the cousin who handles the sangeet, the parent paying the caterer.
Chapter 03
What vibe coding taught me
I am building this with AI as a collaborator — describing, testing, rewriting. It has changed how I think about speed, taste, and what a single founder can ship.
The lesson so far: the tools make building cheap, which makes judgement the expensive part.
